1. What is the quotation process for custom precision parts at DRMFG?
Answer: First, our sales specialists listen to clients’ requirements and confirm full specifications including material grade, machining accuracy, dimensional tolerances, assembly standards and order quantity in detail. They then coordinate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility against client demands. After consolidating all production costs and confirming lead times, we will submit a formal quotation to the customer.

Answer: Our factory adopts a Total Quality Control (TQC) system involving all staff. Every downstream production station carries out full inspection of semi-finished goods from the previous process. Any detected defects trigger immediate production suspension, rapid feedback to relevant teams, and corrective actions in line with pre-established contingency plans.
