Electric wood boards and synthetic stones are commonly used materials, especially electric wood boards are the most commonly used.
Electric wood board, also known as plywood or phenolic laminated cardboard, has a density that varies depending on the amount of processing material added. Generally speaking, the density of domestically produced plywood is relatively high, reaching 1.5g/cm ³, while the density of imported plywood is slightly lower, at 1.45g/cm ³. 1. Physical fixation and support: Firmly and stably fix test boards of various sizes and shapes to prevent them from moving or falling during handling, insertion, and high temperature environments. Adjustable positioning columns, brackets, pressure rods, buckles, etc. are usually used.
2. Electrical connection: If live testing is required, electrical circuit design is needed to ensure the stability of the power system, including factors such as power input interfaces, switch positions, and current levels.
3. Use environment and location: Consider the ambient temperature for use, is it room temperature or high temperature? The space for work and circulation, as well as the position space, should be sufficient to prevent interference caused by fixture size design that is too large, and functionality that is too small. If the operation is inconvenient, the position should be measured properly
